The owners Laterrasse Restaurant Yann and Patricia Cozic will receive you in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Sarthe
They took over the restaurant in early 2019 after a very rewarding professional journey which made them travel beyond the borders to Mexico.
It’s a complete duo that will please you. Yann is in the kitchen and Patricia will receive you in the dining room and will guide you towards the dishes that will please you, especially on the desserts because her pastry chef by trade.
Even if you can find an exotic touch in some dishes, Yann and Patricia wanted to keep in their menus traditional gastronomic dishes by favoring local and seasonal products
You can discover an menu that will change approximately every 3 months depending on the season to always focus on cooking local and seasonal products.
A daily menu is offered to you every day for lunch and dinner except Friday evening and Saturday for lunch and dinner.
We also offer a children’s menu with local products

Chef in the kitchen
Originally come from Le Mans, Yann studied in hotel school at Blois and then the superior school of French cuisine in Ferrandi in Paris. He started as sous-chef for a year and then became chef at Bouchons François Clerc in Paris for 5 years. He left on the other side of the Atlantic in Mexico to work for 8 years at the Intercontinental hotel in Mexico City where he was the chef of a replica of the restaurant “Au pied du cochon” in Paris. This is where he meets his wife. After Mexico City, he participated in the opening of a luxury hotel with 3 restaurants where he stayed 5 years. Back in France, he and Patricia have a crush on the Terrasse Restaurant

Her passion: pastry, where she first made it her profession. Since they came to France where they had this love for the restaurant but also for the city of Sablé-Sur-Sarthe, Patricia will welcome you in the dining room or on the terrasse with her smile and will guide you in your choices especially in terms of dessert. A true duo, she participates with Yann in the elaboration of the menu ideas giving this feminine and sweet touch.
